Lobsters Air's founder Steve Cooper, grew up with a love of aviation. By flying rock lobsters as freight along Australia's stunning coastlines he could fund his time in the skies & soon enough the lobsters became a full-time business. 

Now with over 25 years of experience buying and selling lobsters. He has developed many integral & close working relationships within the seafood industry, professional fishermen, wholesalers & leading restaurants throughout Melbourne & Sydney.
